「The man who checked us in did not seem happy to see us. Usually, staff are welcoming and friendly. Not this guy.
The bed was very comfortable, and the room had a beautiful view of the lake. For the best view, you need to be higher than the second floor. There were no creamers for the coffee at the pantry. I checked 3 different floors and notified the front desk. It may seem like a minor inconvenience, but when you are in a hurry and need to drive a long distance, it's a problem.」

「We stayed here exactly one year ago for our child's admitted student day at UVM and are glad we came back. The renovations they were undergoing at that time resulted in a very comfortable Lobby and restaurant/ bar area. The bartender who served us on Friday night was incredibly friendly and helpful. The valet/parking service was very convenient and efficient. The beds were comfortable and the location in town was super convenient.」
