The bedrooms consist of two ground-floor rooms a king and twin - this can be a zip link Super-King on request (note: this will reduce the space in this room and the twin room is located off the kitchen) , serviced by a ground-floor shower room with walk-in shower, and a cloakroom. On the first floor there is another shower room with basin and WC, 1 x small double bedroom and 1 x twin bedroom. Outside, there is an enclosed rear top garden with lawn, pond, brook, and views, the bottom of the garden is not enclosed. Off-road parking for 2 cars. Two well-behaved pets welcome, pets and outdoor shoes are not allowed upstairs. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 0.7 miles. Fuel, power, and starter pack for open fire, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Note: There is a pond in the garden; children and pets must be supervised at all times. Berkley Cottage is a charming base for exploring Coggeshall and the surrounding Essex countryside. There is a good housekeeping bond of GBP 450.
