"What a fantastic hotel - conveniently located, super friendly staff all willing to go that extra mile! The room was lovely, bed and pillows really comfortable and my wife was delighted with the Dyson air dryer and straighteners. Managed to fully charge my EV overnight for £15 and the breakfast at Mollies Diner was great too! Highly recommended and will definitely be back! "

"Fabulous short stay, staff very helpful, breakfast lovely, room clean though a bit hot. Very near M4 but no noise heard so a well placed location if travelling and an ideal stopover if travelling through to west wales. The pool and gym were excellent, we used both"

"Highlights are the centre-of-town location, the restaurant/breakfast room and lovely character of the hotel. Staff were friendly and room was warm and comfortable. Breakfast was good, ours being cooked-to-order but the buffet ‘full-English’ was less appealing (bacon not replenished and fried eggs that looked like they had been standing for some time - the latter should be cooked fresh to order). Decor in places (corridors especially) due for a refresh and the outlook of our first-floor room was into a ‘well’ facing other rooms’ windows. Overall a pleasant one-night stay and walkable to the City hospital."
