“My family and I were coming in town from North Carolina for a movie premiere and the host cancelled us the day of (while we were on the road to Atlanta) because they thought we were throwing a party when we were not. I spoke to them on the phone and informed them what was going on and they would not rebook us. We had to book hotel rooms instead which ruined our weekend. Very unprofessional. I would not recommend if you want to feel secure.”
