The Cozy Nest

Beautiful property on 0.5 acre in Walla Walla County. Huge tree stands in front of picture window where several deer occasionally pass through. Concord grapes grace the perimeter. Small patio with black metal table, 6 chairs, and beautiful umbrella with lights. Multiple trees grace the perimeter as well. Established neighborhood. Access to large kitchen with Pampered Chef tools. Water dispenser downstairs near room with cold water. Beautifully renovated bathroom shared with 2 other people. My 2 teen boys live downstairs as well, but they are respectful and stay to themselves. Adorable Frenchie lives here and loves to be petted and given treats! Safe neighborhood and close to various amenities which include walking distance to Walla Walla University. Short distance to various amenities including Wal-mart, Chipotle, Del Taco, Home Depot, Old Navy, and Hobby Lobby.
