Backyard oasis

This property was great for a small group celebration. Some of the perks of the property weren't available but we were able to make do. Property management was quick to help with any issues. I would book this property again.

Great experience at a wonderful property

My family stayed at Howdy Headquarters for my son's graduation weekend and had a wonderful experience. The house is so charming and sets such a fun tone with all of the Aggie decor and small touches. The weather didn't cooperate for much use of the outdoor area, but I look forward to a future chance to have a gathering and use the lovely outdoor living space. Plenty of on premise parking and so convenient to campus!

Stop searching and just book it!

I booked this home because of the outdoor space and I was not disappointed. The men in our group are still salivating and trying to think of how they are going to replicate it at our own homes. The pictures just are not enough to express how good of a job they have done at making this home perfect for entertainment outside and watching the game. If the game is home you could pregame at the property and then walk to the game. Parking, buffet setup, entertainment, don’t worry about it. It even has a playhouse that my young nieces enjoyed so much. I would definitely recommend this property.

Great Venue for Ring Dunk or any Aggie Function.

Super Clean and Cute Cottage style house with enormous backyard for functions. House is completely set up for events - including air-conditioned room off of back of house set up perfectly for food and drinks. There is a small room, with A/C that opens to the backyard for those needing to escape the heat. You can easily throw an event in the backyard and exclude the house if needing to. Owners and management are super responsive. Held 7 students Ring Dunk here - couldn't have had a better experience - plus close proximity to ring pick up was valuable as well.

Felt like home

We had a group of 6 adults and 3 children and 2 infants Plenty room for Everyone Had everything we needed already there. Best part for me was backyard patio and firepit area Grandkids brought xbox and stayed in gameroom(extra thanks for putting that room way in back). Despite fact it was college area we thought it would be loud to our surprise even at 3am no noise no one on streets it was so peaceful. Loved special touches of flower designs on toilet paper and handtowels Only complaint from my husband all that Aggie stuff LOL GO LSU TIGERS haha * Urinal was hilarious 🤣 Thank you it was perfect we will be back

Ring Dunk Aggie Style

First and foremost, the property was exactly as advertised and it’s all about the incredible back yard! Our guests were in awe of the backyard patio, to include fire pit, plenty of seating, and lots of room to customize for our event. Couldn’t have asked for a better location and convenience to campus. We were a group of 7 adults and a one year old who loved the playhouse. Although the kitchen is small and typical for that historic home, we successfully prepared a couple of meals for 18 college students!😀 Carla was an amazing host and quick to reply and assist as needed. Our daughter is still over the moon about the success of her ring dunk, and frankly so are we. Thank you to the property owners for offering your home for Aggie celebrations, and know you play a part in creating lifetime memories, not only for our daughter but for proud family and friends in celebrating Aggieland Traditions. We hope to be back for graduation!

Aggieland Ring Dip N Sip

Our family gather to start a new tradition instead of a ring dunk, we did a ring dip n sip on wine all day! We lived in the backyard and although it was much chillier than we anticipated, the fire pit was our gathering place! The house and beds were comfortable and as described. We were able to utilize the fully stocked kitchen for our meals and had plenty of room to spread out! Aggieland is such a happy place!

Ring Day weekend at Howdy Headquarters

Enjoyed a wonderful weekend with family and friends celebrating Ring Day weekend for our daughter and niece. Amazing backyard to relax and enjoy games and visiting with those we love. Definitely recommend!

Super cute Aggie house with awesome backyard!

My friends and I purely rented this house for the gorgeous backyard to host our ring dunk! It was perfect! There was plenty of seating for everyone, we had football on the outside TV, snacks on the various table space outside, and the fire pit going to beat the cold. Not to mention the inside of the house is adorable as well with all of the Aggie decor. This house was perfect for our ring dunk and worth every penny!

Awesome Backyard

Howdy headquarters has an awesome backyard! House is small, but laid out well and has many area's in which to watch games and or just hang out. We had 2+ families staying at the house and never felt cramped or in each others way. Great place!

A perfect place in Aggieland

WOW - we've stayed with Aggieland vacation rentals in the past, and have been pleased each time, but this property was perfect. Great for entertaining, perfect back yard area - it's the house you would design if you were going to build a house to tailgate in for game day, graduation, ring day, etc etc. They had all of the utensils, amenities, etc. Just a great place.
