This is the closest 3 bedroom Short Term Rental to the Texas A&M Campus/Kyle Field. We have over 60 short term rentals and this is the only one that I would consider as a SHORT walk to Kyle Field, Olson Field, Reed Arena and Texas A&M Campus, literally 2 blocks away. AND...plenty of parking! With comfy king beds, a TV in every room, a covered back porch, and a fenced back yard, this place is your perfect stay in Aggieland, central to all things Bryan/College Station. All TVs are Smart TVs, ready for you to log into your favorite streaming apps.

Clean! Cute! Lots of amenities. Loved having the sound machines in the rooms- great idea since we are among the college kids houses. Great location.

We loved how close the place is to campus. It is on a very, very busy street and directly across from train tracks, which are also fairly busy. It did not bother us at night because we used the provided sound machines. I would say provisions are on the very minimalistic side, though that’s understandable and didn’t cause an issue. The two front bedrooms are pretty tight but completely acceptable as the king size beds in each are much appreciated. We did not use the backyard space, but love the idea of the horseshoes and patio furniture for cooler nights in the fall. Also very ample parking, which is very nice.All in all, it was a great stay, and any inconvenience was very minor.

Great for the price

Property was clean and organized. The back bedroom has a window unit a/c which is very loud and the train is right across the street which is also very loud. Ear plugs were provided in each bedroom but had we known this we would’ve reconsidered. The price we paid was reflective of these things but it would’ve been nice to know ahead of time. Property itself is very clean and organized with all the essentials we needed and owner was great with communication. Overall positive experience for the price.
