「Loved our stay. So relaxing. Beautiful spot away from the crowds but only 20 min drive to Assisi. An oasis with beautiful views. The dinners were delicious and so nice to eat their as opposed to driving. I would recommend this to anyone. 」

「This is one of the best hotels we have stayed 3 nights in. The room was full of character, the bathroom spotless, our meal in the Locanda restaurant superb and we even enjoyed the 15 minute uphill walk into Assisi! The staff were really helpful and friendly, especially Beatrice on reception and the breakfast room manager Petra. The grounds are peaceful and relaxing. Highly recommended」

「We had a great stay in one of the apartments. The atmosphere felt genuine and the personnel was very friendly. Breakfast (Italian style) was served at the premises, for lunch/dinner a car is needed to reach most restaurants in the area. Enjoyed a wine tasting with some of their self-produced wines. All in all, good value for money and a very pleasant stay. The nice pool area was an extra plus」

「The farm is located just outside of Perugia and well positioned if you want to visit different towns in the area such as Assisi. The hosts do not serve a breakfast but rather leave you items in the fridge and in a basket. On one occassion we received fresh eggs. We enjoyed our stay 」

「The hotel is quite far... but nice. The problem is they charged ne twice! I had paid with hotels.com and they insisted it was not paid... since I was on a hurry I paid again. Beware!! I hope they return the money. Have your reservation at hand so they don´t do that to you!! 」

My wife and i have the pleasure to get a massage that we enjoy . The restaurant dining room side is very modern and a little sterile compare to this medieval town. 「As others have said, even more lovely than photos. We were 8 couples aged 23-77 for a week with room for more. A real advantage is the en suite bathroom situation, albeit some bathrooms and showers roomier than others. Highlight is outdoor dining patio where we took all meals given the mild September weather. Chef cooked two yummy dinners for us. Also glad we ordered villa owner’s olive oil and red wine. Short drive to major Umbrian sights. However, we recommend you go for lunch in nearby...
