“Beautiful hotel set in bucolic hill top location with spectacular views. The staff were welcoming , friendly and efficient. You can judge hotel service by the speed issues are addressed. We had a few minor issues : a safe without a key, a leak from the air conditioning unit , dud batteries in the telly remote and needed an extra pillow . Within minutes ,new safe ,new batteries ,extra pillow and air conditioning unit serviced immediately.

“For our first visit to Italy, this hotel, Perugia and all at Locanda Stella truly were the kindest most caring people. They took care of us from the start, got to know us and what we liked and preferred and had that ready for us each morning at breakfast. The room was beautiful and clean and super comfortable and the view could not be beat. We fell in love with this hotel and its owners and can not wait to go back. If you are on the fence, don’t be. wong hurk marn”
