“I was pleasantly surprised by my stay at this hotel in Boone. I traveled with my partner and our dogs, and we were very impressed by how clean, well-maintained, and visually appealing the property was. The hotel is truly dog-friendly, which made our stay especially comfortable.
One of the highlights was the breakfast—excellent quality with a wide variety of options that changed daily. Each morning offered something different, and everything we tried was very good.
We highly recommend this……

“Terrible breakfast. There is no breakfast buffet, their online description is highly deceptive and misleading. There was some lukewarm coffee, a few dry bagels, muffins and toast. No eggs, no links, no bacon… nothing warm. Then the manager had the audacity to tell me that I didn’t even qualify for any breakfast since I didn’t book directly with the hotel. Expedia members don’t count. I also qualified as a VIP guest which they ALSO didn’t honor (no free beverage). Small stuff like that ruins your……

“Exceptionally clean! Overall ambiance is very charming for a quaint and comfortable getaway. Housekeeping and front desk staff are friendly and ready to help guests. Restaurant food was excellent; service/ dining experience not quite up to par. ”
