“I was originally informed that check-in time was 3 PM. And I requested an early check-in time right away, five days before my stay. I was told that as soon as my plane lands,(10 am) I was to call and ask if it was available. I tried calling and did not get through to anyone until 3 o'clock when I pressed the button saying it was an emergency and I needed help. When I finally spoke to someone, they informed me that check-in time was now 4 PM and that I would get my instructions on how to enter……

“Our overall summary is that this is a great location, cute unit with nice furniture and comfortable bed, but there needs to be more focus put on cleaning and communication. The online description matches the unit. Modern furniture and the couch was nice to have. We did not receive details for check in or check out, but was able to check in at the hotel. We have stayed at the location in a different unit in the past so knew the basics. We found the cleaning of the unit to need some work. Floors……

“The host was responsive and the place was very clean and cute. Just enough space for what we needed. The bed was very comfortable as well. We would stay again, but a few notes for the host. The futon is very small and not very comfortable. There are only 3 small plates and we needed larger ones. The AC stopped running a few times and it got stuffy and warm, not sure if we didn't run it correctly or if there is an issue. And the patio out back had no shade like the picture showed. And the shower……
