"The property was clean and comfortable and had great amenities. It is in a great location close to the water and downtown collingwood. Front desk staff were friendly and warm. It would be helpful if staff went over all the amenities at check in such as the fire pits rooftop etc so guests know about all the options. The spa staff could have been friendlier and their amenities do need updating."

"The staff - particularly the two women at the front desk - were incredibly kind and welcoming. They went out of their way to help my best friend and I celebrate a life milestone, and made the weekend extra special. Getting to spend the night in such a thoughtfully decorated hotel, comfy beds, and a massive tub, was so relaxing. We're already excited to come back."

"This is the first time we stay at Living Stone Golf Resort. We are impressed by its friendly staff, quiet room, comfy bed, and the overall cleanliness of the hotel. The heater insider the room was very quiet too. The location is excellent. It's close to all the major parks along the waterfront. We would definitely stay at this hotel again in our next visit to lovely Collingwood."

"The Milestone is a reasonable hotel in a town where others are ridiculously expensive. However the structure is aging, and it needs refurbishing, particularly the bathrooms. The grouting is breaking down and beginning to discolor, and the shower is old, rusty and needs replacing. The bedroom area is comfortable and is kept clean, and the in room fridge and microwave are definitely a plus. I would stay there again, but I'm not comfortable with the current bathroom situation."
