"Towels not clean. Floors were not cleaned, and we stayed almost 10 days. TERRIBLE POOR LIGHTING IN THE Room. If you book thru a 3rd party the property / Hilton does not award you ANY Hilton Honors rewards , this is so backwards.. why would I book this if I had know?
Location is great and quiet BUT the experience has left us poor. It’s very dated and the rooms need a DESPERATE remake/ do-over etc. needs updating."
