We stayed at this Vrbo for 10 days while wrapping up our trip in Sri Lanka and absolutely loved it. The host, Chandaka, was incredibly kind, helpful, and always reachable and accommodating. When he learned that we celebrate Christmas, we arrived to a beautifully decorated home with a Christmas tree, which was such a thoughtful and touching gesture.The home was very clean and comfortable, with plenty of hot water and excellent air conditioning in the bedrooms—much appreciated in the heat. The kitchenette was very handy, and having a washing machine was extremely useful during a longer stay.The location was one of the biggest highlights. It’s extremely convenient and close to everything in the city, which helped us avoid heavy traffic and spend far less time on the road. Instead, we were able to enjoy walks and short tuk-tuk rides to cafés, shopping, and other nearby spots. The house is also located in a very safe neighborhood, with a 24/7 guard stationed on the road, which gave us great peace of mind.Overall, this stay made our time in Colombo easy, comfortable, and memorable. We highly recommend it and would absolutely stay here again.
