“The staff was so friendly. Kate was really nice when I checked in late Monday. The bartenders were all great. The room was clean. Food at the bar was good. Only complaint: the pillows on the bed weren't great. Could have a little more variety on firm vs. soft.”

“Friendly staff and helpful—-room was clean and tidy which is the number one thing we look for when staying at a hotel. The hotel overall was clean and quiet which is what we were looking for. We would definitely stay at this hotel again—hands down! If you choose this hotel you will not be disappointed. ”

“good service. the location is far from town, but very quiet”

“My daughter's leg was injured and there was no way to take the stairs. Then they still arranged a room on the second floor, on the second floor without an elevator, and let a person with an injured leg go up the stairs. It was really a disappointing experience!”

“Staff was great! All was in order at the property and it was great to see some upgrades being done. Our son will be attending St. John Fisher University next year and we are looking forward to our next stays after his football games!! ”

“This is a very clean and new hotel, suitable for families who need to cook their own meals. There is free coffee, parking is very convenient, there is a kitchen and equipment I need, a big refrigerator. Around 5 minutes by car Wal-Mart. The only bad thing is that its north side is next to the highway and you can not stand when the big truck passes by.”

“Clean Room, Staff was very friendly and nice, Breakfast was nice as wellas snacks. Wish you would bring back the baked cookies. Only other suggestion is to put mirrors on the wall of each room. ”

“I stay two nights , not even cleaning room service , and have to go to front desk to ask more toilet paper, when you take breakfast, one staff just stand over at breakfast room to stare you to make you feel like you are theft not guest .”
