“It's all great, as far as i'm concerned, but one has to know in advance what sort of place it is. It's a mosaic of rustic on the outside, elegant/modern on the inside, quadruplexes, with classic LPs and a turntable in the room. There's no restaurant, fitniess room, etc.. (which their website makes clear.) i loved it, It's in the heart of the village. You'll want to walk to everything, which I enjoyed. “To be honest I was surprised that upon entry I went downstairs to the room, but as the property is on a hill it is not a basement room. It’s Kingston and it’s a historic property - the landlords have done a lovely job, the room was well appointed, and the team were wonderfully helpful and responsive, and helped me with my bags. Parking on site was helpful. And I even did a load of laundry while there.”

“So, we booked this about an hour ahead of being there. When we showed up, the office was closed. There was a sign on the door addressed to another guest and a phone number on the closed sign. Called the number and the owner of the property answered and apologized that he did not see the reservation come in and was away from the property. He asked us to wait 30 minutes so he could return to check us in. It got mostly better from there. Check in was pleasant and the owner was very apologetic……
