Eastholme of the Rockies - The bed and breakfast experience over 100 years in the making.

In 1885 3 sisters journeyed across this great nation and settled at the base of Pikes Peak and created this Victorian masterpiece. Come stay with us at the Eastholme of the Rockies and enjoy the beauty of a past era

Over 100 years later owners, Susan and Kevin explored this country by staying at bed and breakfasts in the 1980s

They take the memories of that time, the hospitality, the delicious recipes, the antiques, the beauty... and put it all together in the Eastholme of the Rockies.

As we Renovate our historic (est 1885) Bed & Breakfast - our Columbine Cabin is available with a two course breakfast -- freshly baked breakfast treat and fruit course -- delivered to your doorstep each morning. Pricing is for 2 guests. The cabin can sleep up to 4 guests - each additional guest over 2 is $15/night -- and includes freshly baked breakfast and fruit course.

If your schedule includes early plans we can deliver your breakfast basket the evening before -- let us know if this is part of your plans so the menu items we plan work around your schedule!!!

We are here to make your stay memorable and delicious.

HAPPY TO ACCOMMODATE DIETARY REQUIREMENTS
We can accommodate gluten free, vegetarian and other needs. Happy to work with guests on dietary requirements. If you need two different breakfasts baked there will be a $20/night upcharge.

Please note -- while wiping down our stone counters, baking on parchment and having GF dedicated equipment - this is primarily a gluten recipe kitchen.

Mountain Cabin with Remote Controlled Gas Fireplace, Bathroom features Jacuzzi with handheld shower, back deck and parking. While our Cabin has no cooking facility we do have in room Coffee Bar, Mini Fridge and Microwave.

Only 9 miles from Colorado Springs but a million miles away. Near Manitou Springs and the Famed Sunwater Spa, Woodland Park, Pikes Peak Auto Trail, North Pole Amusement Park, Garden of the Gods, Air Force Academy and more.

The cabin was clean and just as described. It was bright and sunny inside, with great energy. The homemade breakfasts were fresh and delicious! Susan was kind and responsive. The cabin was the perfect location for us and was conveniently located near hiway 24. If we're ever near Cascade, we would stay there again!

Excellent cottage at the base of Pike's Peak

A friend and I stayed for two nights while we attended the Pikes Peak International Hill Climb. Susan brought our Sunday morning breakfast Saturday night so we could go up the mountain before dawn and asked us about our breakfast delivery time preference for Monday.Food and hospitality were excellent and this is a top choice if you are planning on hiking, going to PPIHC, or just getting away for vacation. Cottage was nice inside and perfect for the two of us. The shower was a little difficult for taller people like we are, but it is easy to adapt to. We didn't use the fireplace as it was a heat wave, but a small air conditioner was available and cooled the cottage well.Overall, this was a great experience and you will enjoy it. I highly recommend staying here if you plan to be in the area. Thank you for the great experience!

Susan and Kevin were the perfect hosts. Susan was extremely helpful and was able to accommodate our visit a day early. We loved the personalized welcome and having freshly baked pastries each morning was delightful. Susan's quest for finding fresh fruit paid off because she served some of the best tasting fruit ever! We enjoyed visiting with our hosts our last evening there and will definitely come back next time we are in the Colorado Springs area.

Lovely Little Cabin!

I came up to Cascade this week to have a little mini vacation with my husband, adult son, and his girlfriend. We had an excellent time at this adorable little cabin! The host was incredibly easy to work with and responsive. We had one little minor hiccup, and it was very quickly resolved. The check in/out process is easy, and Susan is incredibly friendly and organized, providing a little booklet and flyers for all the information you need. The baking was soooooo good. The welcome cookies were my favorite, and it was really nice to have breakfast both days! Thanks y'all! You made our stay amazing!

Best breakfast and perfect location

Susan and Kevin were both perfect and gracious hosts! We woke each morning to Susan’s mystery basket of scrumptious home baked gourmet pastries and fresh fruit! Their location was a great home base for branching out and sightseeing in the Colorado Springs and Manitou Springs areas! Fantastic!

Super friendly and accommodating hosts. Breakfasts were delicious. I forgot there was no kitchen, and Susan stored our excess frozen meals in her freezer. Cottage was close to tourist activities we wanted to do, and the adorable touristy town of Manitou Springs. Highly recommended!

This place is unique and in such a pretty part of the mountains. Feels like you’re in the middle of nowhere, less than 10 minutes from things to do!! Absolutely stunning views, amazing breakfast, and a charming place!

Super happy with our stay. The ad was everything it represented. Property owner was attentive and had cookies upon arrival fresh baked. Breakfast was fresh, warm and delicious. I would encourage the listing to add how close it was to local attractions. Could not be easier to get around.

Great Location, Great Breakfast

Property is literally across the street from the entrance to the Pikes Peak Highway. Just a couple minutes from downtown Manitou Springs. Hostess is very gracious and serves excellent breakfast baked goods and fruit for breakfast.
