"Room (229) and furnishings are very nice. The only problem is that the only outlet near the desk has the lamp and refrigerator plugged into it. there is no way to plug in a laptop or the coffee maker. The next nearest outlet is ten feet away and the cords don't reach."

"I travel to Colorado Springs every year. this is my 3rd year staying at the Academy hotel. It is conveniently located, friendly staff, nice pool, great breakfast and comfortable rooms. Lots of restaurant options close by. Only issue was over the course of a week I killed 3 bugs in my room."
