The room was clean, had air conditioning and running water. Nothing fancy, just a room to shower and sleep so no complaints. We were given a room that wasn’t fully cleaned, and when we spoke to the staff, she immediately switched our room to a cleaned one.

The pool was closed even though it was advertised to have a pool. The stay was before Labor Day and the temperature was in the 80s during the day. And the desk clerk made a sarcastic remark when I asked if the pool was open.

The room was clean. The a/c was loud, but efficient, so once the room was cooled down, I just turned it off. Staff were helpful and kind. The breakfast was minimal (juice and granola bars) but better than nothing. Definitely would stay here again for the price. Rooms are not fancy but for a basic, economical motel, it was great. Walking distance to all the restaurants in the downtown area.

Room was clean. There is not a lot of parking in the parking lot and it is very tight so if the hotel is full, it is hard to get in and out of there with a pick up or anything other than a small car good location to downtown Colorado Springs.

Room was clean and well maintained. Staff went over and above to get us a room on the ground floor. No breakfast but good coffee! Air conditioning worked fine. Wonderful walk-in shower! Low water pressure but sufficient.

The bathroom had excellent updates. Clean, great towels- not scratchy.Great sheets and bedding. Comfy! Air conditioning did not keep the room cool enough. But, to be fair, my husband is a polar bear. Noisy neighbors …not motel’s fault

The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms upgraded. It is an older hotel which needs more upgrades. However, we loved the room size and upkeep. The breakfast is just a Rice Krispy treat FYI.

Outside steps were starting to crumble needed to be fixed/repainted No pets were supposed to be in the rooms yet. There was a large dog on the lower level in the room. Heater/air conditioner unit was very noisy Room was clean and beds were comfortable The breakfast consisted of coffee, juice and prepackaged rice, crispy bars
