Great place

This was a perfect place to stay in Manitou. The host was responsive, checked in occasionally, and the property was as described. It was a perfect base for the hiking and sights. A huge benefit is also the included parking spot in the downtown area. We looked at a few other properties out of town and are glad we picked this one. We walked to dinner every night and even walked to the cog railroad and to the incline. Parking in manitou is a challenge and we often saw the signs showing lots full. Having a spot right in town was a huge benefit. Great place. Thanks for letting us stay there

Excellent apartment

We were in Manitou Springs for quick vacation. The apartment is in an excellent location! Walking distance to all the shops and restaurants downtown. Short drive to manitou cliff dwelling, cog railway to pikes peak and Manitou incline. It was great to have parking available! Communication with the owner was excellent, Jeff checked in to make sure everything was ok. Would definitely stay here again.

2 nights in Manitou

Jeff was very helpful and on top of communication. He checked in via the app more than once during our stay to ensure we were good. The unit was properly stocked and clean. My kids liked the bunk beds. It was nice to have the AC units even in our March visit.The best part of the unit is the location. The one negative was that the garbage trucks came below the unit early in the morning and were quite loud, even with the AC unit and our personal sound machines running. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay!

Amazing Rental in Manitou Springs!!

Great little spot in the middle of historic Manitou Springs, an easy stroll to so many cute little shops and restaurants. Having a designated parking spot was great too, for when we wanted to explore further than our feet would take us. The alley up to the parking spot was a tad snug, but we were able to fit with a Mazda CX-5 SUV so it was fine overall. The rental itself was perfect for our needs and very quiet at night for sleeping. It was well stocked and comfortable. The Roku TVs were nice touch and Jeff was a great host! We will for sure be back for this hidden gem!

Awesome Location

The apartment was super clean and very nice, and the location was absolutely unbeatable. Right in the heart of beautiful Manitou Springs, walking distance to everything, we even walked to the Cog Railway!

Location location location!

This unit is in a perfect spot to enjoy the area. It's nice to have a parking spot so close to everything as well. In addition to the restaurant that is downstairs from the property, there are many places to eat and shops to see within a few blocks of this unit. Could not hear anyone in the other units unless they were walking down the outside stairs which was rare. I would definitely stay again if we were in the area.
