The size and location was great. Two areas could use improvements. 1 the bar stools seat covering is peeling off so we put towels on them as the covering was literally falling off. 2 There is one kitchen cabinet door that has literally fallen off. 3 The flatware needs some improvements there were 4 metal forks the rest were plastic which worked but weren’t optimal. 5 the deck was awesome but the yard was overgrown and was basically like straw so the kids couldn’t go off the deck.

Nice home - plenty of space

This was a nice place to stay for our visit to Colorado Springs. There is plenty of space for 6-8 people and the location has easy access to restaurants, grocery stores, and the main highway to Denver. Some small/minor repairs needed to really make this place a great value.

1. Zero outlets in the upstairs and main level bathrooms work. 2. We picked up items of trash from under beds, in drawers, etc 3. Shower faucets are all loose 4. Towel hanger in upstairs bathroom needs fixed/replaced 5. Slow leak in faucet - upstairs tub 6. General overall cleanliness.. 7. Yard needs some TLC Thx DF
