The Space:

This comfortable single-level unit offers a relaxed and functional layout that makes it easy to settle in and enjoy your stay. With two bedrooms, a full kitchen, in-unit laundry, and access to shared outdoor amenities, the space works well for couples, families, or small groups visiting Colorado Springs.

The living area is bright and welcoming, featuring a plush sofa that converts into a queen sleeper for extra flexibility. It includes a cozy freestanding fireplace and a 55-inch Smart TV for movie nights, with an open layout that feels easy and uncluttered. Baseboard heating and space heaters are provided to ensure your comfort during every season. A portable AC unit is also available here to keep the space cool and comfortable during warmer months.

The fully stocked kitchen features warm wood cabinetry, granite countertops, and modern appliances arranged in a practical layout. The cabinets are labeled to help you find exactly what you need. There is a breakfast bar with three stools against the window overlooking the backyard. 🔑 You’ll have full access to your unit, including the living areas, kitchen, bedrooms, bathroom, and laundry. This home is part of a duplex, and your unit has its own private entrance for easy self check-in. Please note that the backyard and hot tub are shared with the neighboring unit on the property. 🔑 Check-In Process: For a seamless check-in experience, your unique code along with your check-in instructions will be updated into your personalized guidebook on the morning of your arrival. You’ll use this code for entry.



☕ Starter Supply: We’ve prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay.



⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee: $20 Per Half Hour Late



💵 Additional Fees: A mandatory damage waiver or security deposit will be collected after booking. For guests bringing dogs, there is a mandatory pet fee of $100 per dog, collected after booking. A maximum of 2 dogs is allowed per reservation unless otherwise approved. No other animals are permitted. Optional services, including early check-in, late check-out, and additional guests, can be arranged upon request and are subject to availability. These additional fees help cover the cost of reworking the schedule or adding an additional cleaner if needed. Please message us ahead of time for pricing and availability.
