You'll find three inviting bedrooms: a king (with en-suite bathroom), a queen, and a twin-over-queen bunk, all designed with restful nights in mind. Two bedrooms open directly to the sprawling Trex deck, where a porch swing, breakfast table, and dartboard invite you to linger. The dedicated office provides a quiet space to get work done if needed and doubles as an extra lounge with a second smart TV and futon for additional sleeping space. For added convenience, a full-sized washer and dryer are available in the home, making longer stays easy and stress-free.

- This home is pet friendly, there is a $75 pet fee per pet, with up to two pets allowed.
- The home does not have central AC but there are portable window ACs in the home to keep the home comfortable.
- There are cameras on the front of the home for security purposes.
- We've prepared a starter supply that includes coffee, paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, trash bags, dish detergent, laundry detergent, and soft white towels!
- Winter months do bring snowfall in Colorado and the potential for icy road conditions, we advise guests to consider opting for a vehicle equipped with 4WD (Four-Wheel Drive) or AWD (All-Wheel Drive) for a safer and more secure travel accommodations.
- Please be aware, that there is NO mailbox access at this home. We are not responsible for lost mail.
