「Room was clean and staff was friendly. The main issue is the location: it’s quite close to downtown Colorado Springs (10-mins walk), but the surroundings are very sus… lots of weird people walking around. I felt completely fine, but my 18-yo daughter didn’t feel very safe.」

「Not many frills but great location and surprisingly quiet. Clean, fridge and air conditioning worked, and you could walk to two good dinner restaurants and Mo’s great breakfast diner. Shuttle to the more touristy area and cog railway is right down the block at daze inn. Recommend !」

「The smoke detector was missing, wifi wouldn't work, the beds were uncomfortable, the pillows were terrible, some of the sheets were torn, the bedspreads had holes the TV had issues, there was no chair for the table. The electrical outlets were loose and my plug kept falling out. There were light bulbs missing.」

「Front desk staff tried to rectify issues,but unable to do to lack of items. Started with tissue box being empty, Front Desk was able to finally find a box. Next, I went to wash my hands and the soap dispenser was empty. Took it to the Front Desk, they didn't have a replacement, gave a handful of hotel size body wash to use as hand soap. The next morning, I went to shower and found a used wash cloth hanging on the shower water handles. This leads me to believe that the room/restroom had not been...

「The caretaker/host was super helpful and very nice! The room was perfect for what we needed although the water in the shower kind of blasted on you when turned on. The location is fantastic. We walked to the Royal Gorge Railway just across the street and there are a lot of food places close by.
