“The sanitation is very poor and the floor is dirty.”

“This was our second stay at Natura Treescape Resort, and this time we opted for a hotel room for easier bathroom access. The cabins are fun, but they are truly more like camping since you have to walk to the bathhouse for the toilet or shower. We love having so many swimming options right on the resort property, plus access to Land of Natura, Aloha Beach, The Vue, and Timbavati Wildlife Park. When you’re swimming in the lagoon, it honestly doesn’t feel like you’re in Wisconsin.”

“The theming was amazing! We loved the music that played through the resort and all of the decor. We thought the amenities- arcade, pool, fitness center, etc- were all awesome and the room was spacious and comfortable. The food was to die for! Every staff member that we met was helpful, friendly, and kind. Cannot wait to visit again!”

There’s wasps nests EVERYWHERE, couldn’t enjoy the balcony due to that and could barely enter the doors without one diving at us, the mini fridge in the room didn’t work, tv remote barely worked and beds were super uncomfortable, the pools were okay but this whole place needs updating. I appreciated the two room option. I don’t think we will stay here again.”

“The location of the property was perfect. We were in the area to visit Mt. Olympus and it is conveniently located to all attractions on the little strip. We booked 2 rooms they were clean with the exception of there being hair in the bathrooms. Given the flow of people that come through there the property is pretty well maintained.
