Located on the border of Irmo and Columbia, this is a great part of town to have your vacation. Just 15 mins away from downtown, 25 minutes from Ft. Jackson, and 25 minutes from USC, this is the perfect place to stay.

Great for visiting friends and family, for military graduation, work trips, or college games.

Pros: Very spacious and location is great! Kitchen is well stocked with all amenities. Communication with host was wonderful. Cons: There is a lack of TV's and the area there is one is not comfortable and awkward. No TV's in bedrooms except the kids room which has the gaming system hooked up. Beware if you are there on a Monday night you are responsible to take all garbage cans to curb from the previous renters. The amount of garbage we moved consisted of 3 overflowing cans, bags pilled up next to it, and a vacuum cleaner (plus we put our garbage out after moving all that)...not an ideal situation. (Communicated feedback to host to look into)

Irmo Stay

My family enjoyed our stay at this spacious and relaxing house. We were in town to attend graduation ceremonies at USC, and this place was perfect as our home base as it is in a nice quiet area, not far from USC. We wished that we could have found time to use the ping pong table.

Nice SC property

Very comfortable for the 5 of us. Easy to locate and a keyless entry was handy. Had one issue, propane tank, Trevor responded quickly and issue was resolved. Nice neighborhood. Property is close to great shopping for food and restaurants. We had a fun time!
