「Amazing stay」

「Nice spacious room. Short walk to gondola at Kicking Horse Resort. Games in lobby. We were unclear on checkout procedure as there is no front desk and we didd not receive check out instructions until after we had already left. Suggest this be sent night before.」

「Wonderful little spot with great amenities. Clean rooms and beds. Loved the fire pit and barbecues. A quaint little retreat in a great little town.」

「We enjoyed our stay immensely. Perfect location with many great restaurants within walking distance. The room’s patio was perfect for enjoying the sun and a glass of wine in the afternoon. Our concierge was very attentive. looking forward to our second visit.」

「Amazing cabin in a beautiful location. Well equipped kitchen and easy check in / out process. No curtains on the apex windows but still slept very well!」

「The setting is spectacular but the service is beyond terrible. We were forced to climb stairs because the elevator was out of service. No pre-warning and one of us with low mobility challenges would have had real troubles if we were on the 3rd or 4th floor. We were on the 2nd. TV wasn't working properly and nobody available to help. Facing the mountains but had 2 different styles of music blarring into our room. Beds were adequate but not great. But location amazing!」
