"Clean up to date room. No CNN. 1/2 fridge and microwave located under TV not convenient. Can’t see the TV from the sofa. Only one night table for two beds. Extra $ 10 charge for 3 rd person in the room. Only one elevator. Waiting in line for the elevator when large tour group arrived. Pool and hot tub door not working properly with door key. Spa timer not working, unable to turn on jets. Missing information on pool signs for hot tub maximum number, and phone number to use for emergencies. Breakfast buffet quite empty due to large bus tour group, but this could have been anticipated. No extra staff on. Overall, pretty expensive for what you get!"

"Second time staying here, traveling with our dog. Pet friendly. Treats for the pup. Room was great. Clean. Quiet. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Restaurant attached is delicious."

"The lodge was amazing! We loved it so much!! Our King room was beautiful and we sat by the fireplace playing games. We will definitely be back!!"

"We stayed 5 nights in a room with kitchenette. Everything was clean and tidy. The bath/shower was good, with almost instant hot water in bathroom and kitchen. The motel is very well placed for visiting Yoho National Park and other beautiful sights/hikes in the area. Best of all were the really excellent staff. They were very welcoming and friendly. Big shout out to the gentleman we dealt with at the end of our stay - so helpful and courteous. Thank you for a great stay. 😀"

"Didn't look like much from the street but surprisingly modern inside. Nicely renovated, good bathroom. Beds were decent and there was actually a second room for the second bed. Breakfast could use some juice and had some technology challenges but was decent enough. One block to ev chargers. Very handy."

"The staff was wonderful. Very accommodating. Room was a typical of a hotel. Bed was ajar off frame and refrigerator cooled items after 24 hrs. Also closet doors were stuck in track and wouldn’t close after opening. Room environment easily controlled and comfortable. Pool area spacious. Hot tub quite warm but had a very noticeable ‘bathtub ring’ around upper edge. Workout room required key to enter. Laundry facilities available on site. Overall a good stay."
