She just had a bad attitude. Like she was mad at the world. She shouldn’t work at these places if she doesn’t enjoy it.」

「I went to the property at about 9:00pm. I was with my mom (73years old) my adult and young son. We drove for 4 hours only to be told we need to cancel because someone has occupied the property until the 30th December. I can’t begin to say I was so disappointed. I could find no other place on Christmas Eve so at that time I had to drive for another 3 hours to return home. Worst experience I have ever had. 」

「This booking was a scam, got to the property and no reservation listed under my name. Reception confirmed the phone number listed on booking was not the phone number on file for the owner. I tired several times contacting the property but no answer. I want my money back. Got to the property and had to book somewhere else 」

「The host/owner was a charming and welcoming hostess. She was reassuring in words and deed to the point where she has emergency evacuation notices posted in the property. She provided printed information for restaurants, transportation, local activities and delivery service. She is an amazing host with a great and friendly personality yet not short of professionalism. 「I stayed here with my family of 4. The view was amazing and the pool was nice. Condo is recommended if you are staying or playing new Ocho Rios. Meal options close by are limited but I recommend the little bar across the street. We received a meal that was rancid and soda that was flat at the Italian spot, they didn’t charge for the rancid meal but I would not go back after the experience.」
