“Hotel was good but room had old smell, and half cleaned . House keeping very poor job. Very noisy. Before you wake up house keeps come disturbing your peace way before check out .”

“Easy door code check in was great for our 11pm arrival. The room was very clean and the sheets were soft and the bed was comfortable. The room was small but had everything needed. The shower had great pressure and plenty of hot water. We didn’t use any amenities but observed others having a great time in the pool turned into a place to hang out. 10 minute walk to downtown for coffee or lunch.”

“This property is very, very tired. Franchise owner needs to do his PIP (property improvement plan) or Hyatt needs to remove this property. Web site pictures are from the property's grand opening - it doesn't look like this now. There are hints of how nice it once was, but those days are long gone with the least amount of money going to keep this property up and running. Water stains all over the lobby ceilings, worn carpet and furnishings and a parking lot from hell with cracks and……
