When entering the room we found the pull out couch bed was opened with no sheets, white stains, and a dirty sheet laying on it. The next morning when getting ready to leave we found a cockroach crawling on the wall. Still waiting for the manager to contact me. For spending over $300 for one night I expect a clean room with no bugs.

If I could give negative stars, I would. We rented 2 rooms for a busy Expo weekend. At check-in, the hotel wouldn’t accept that we had already paid through Expedia, demanding that we provide a credit card. Every other place was full, so we had no choice. They charged that card but said that the card was declined, and said that we needed another form of payment. So we gave them another card, which they also charged. We found out the next day that both payments went through and we were paying triple for these rooms. When we complained, staff said the couldn’t help us, but the manager was never ‘available.’ After we left, the manager finally called me back, was incredibly rude, and then proceeded to charge my credit card a 4th time. I’m still disputing charges through my credit card. Also, we rented 2 rooms for the weekend, and both rooms were filthy. The second room had something wrong with the plumbing, so that water rushed out from under the tub every time we turned on the shower, flooding the room. So the people in that room had to come to the first room to shower. The shower in the first room took 30 minutes for the water to get warm. The rooms both had dirt and hair throughout, as though they hadn’t been cleaned in a while.

The room I was given when I checked in was already occupied. I went to the room and the key wouldn’t open the door so I went downstairs twice and the lady said the battery was probably dead so she sent someone with the laptop to charge/open it. Door opened but they had the inside lock on.that is when we realized someone was in there. The 2nd room had a dirty washcloth hanging on shower rod. All this was at 11:30-midnight

Staff at the front desk were great. I think the property has poor management. The place smells bad. Floor to floor smells like pot some areas smell almost like old food or spoiled cheese. The lady who does front desk and breakfast is very nice. The property I think has homeless people come in during breakfast. Seems like a hotel alot of people with personal problems come to stay to then cause problems. Housekeeping employees talk very loud especially when your in your room trying to relax. Just wanted a calm weekend but it wasn't.
