Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed and a smart TV.



Bedroom #2 includes a twin size bed and a desk.



Bedroom #3 includes 2 sets of full-over-full bunk beds.



This home also includes a half bathroom and a full bathroom with a single vanity, a soaking tub, and a walk-in shower.



THINGS TO NOTE:

• Washer and dryer available in home.

• Street parking for 1 vehicle available.

• Guests will receive one parking pass to park on the street near the home. To obtain the pass, guests must provide the vehicle owner's first name, last name, & vehicle details (license plate number, state of plate, year/make/model/color of the vehicle).

• Please note that the fireplace is not available for guest use.

• This home is equipped with two (2) external security cameras: (1) located at the front of the home and actively monitoring the walkway and a partial view of the street, and (2) located on the front porch and actively monitoring the porch and walkway into the home.

• High chair and portable crib available.

• Long-term stays allowed.
