The bed was comfortable. The room was spacious, and clean, albeit dated. The shower pressure was lacking, but not terrible. We enjoyed the body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and lotion. The staff and the airport shuttle were very friendly and responded very quickly.

Rooms have marks, rips in carpet, trim broken, bathroom walls and ceilings need cleaning. Doors allow lots of noise through them from adjoining room and the hallway.

We arrived at 5:30pm and check-in was at 4pm. Our rooms were not ready yet, apparently due to call ins by cleaning staff. There was a line of people waiting to check in and only 1 person working the desk and taking calls. Then we found out that by using Expedia to book the room, (3rd party) we were not included in the "park and stay" so they were not going to let us leave our vehicle on the property while we traveled. We even had the room booked for 4 days later when our flight returned. This is 100% why we booked this hotel. Especially since we had to leave for the airport by 5am.

None of the trash cans around the hotel were cleaned out. Breakfast was a joke, missing so many items from the menu and trying to charge people full price on the items. Being a Hilton owner and member this was by far the worst location we have stayed at.

The lady at the desk was very helpful. I loved the pillows and the bed was comfy. What I didn’t like so well, tho there was complementary breakfast it wasn’t a buffet. just ordering.

For a Hilton Garden Inn this place is pathetic and not what you would expect for the price! Very old and we were disappointed! Super 8 or motel 6 would be just as good.

The carpet seemed a little out-dated, but in good condition. The kitchen/servers provided very good breakfasts ( for a fee). In particular, the strawberries were wonderful- fresh and tasty. The hot water worked very well in the shower, (other places have fallen in that area). A good value for the price.
