Wonderful Stay!
My husband, son, and I stayed at this property to see the eclipse on 4/8. It worked perfectly for us and was much better than staying as a family in a hotel room. The location was perfect in walking distance from the river, many restaurants, and a very cute park. The beds were SUPER comfortable. We loved the location and in the evening we enjoyed sitting in the front porch enjoying a glass of wine. The house was very clean and aesthetically pleasing which just made for an enjoyable stay.

Quick Spring Break Trip
My daughter and I went to Columbus for a short spring break trip. The house was lovely and very clean. We had one day of rain, and the house was a cozy place to relax during the afternoon. The neighborhood was very nice, and it was easy to get to all of the places she wanted to visit. I really appreciated the map of where we could park and the lighted house number. The only slight issue we had was some construction going on a few blocks south of the house. The detour signs were a nightmare. If you are coming from the south, use W 3rd Avenue to get to the house. There was street noise which decreased significantly from the weekend to the week. The noise machines and fans did help. We would definitely stay here again!

Great Relaxed Vibe
Stayed for a long weekend when in town for a volleyball tournament at the convention center. Super quick trip to the convention center. Location is close to all the amenties you may need. Will stay again!

Adorable, reminded me of My Grandmother's house as a child
Great neighborhood obviously safe enough for walking and many female joggers at dawn and dusk. Microbrewery, cool urban coffee shop, and funky southern diner within walking distance (you must have the sweet and spicy bacon at katalina's). I washed dishes and from the window watched people play with their pets in the dog park across the street. Bed was soft. House was nice warm and cozy. Tranquil.

The property was nice, and everything was user-friendly also well maintained.Nice coffee bar area and supplies. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Short Uber ride to German town and other areas. Next time in Columbus, we plan to stay here.

Great house and location
Loved the house and location. I stayed with my sisters and kids. I felt that it was in a very safe and nice part of Columbus. We were there for quarter horse Congress and it was close to the expo center.

Great Experience - House on Perry
Excellent experience at this property. Perfect location to the University, Short North, and the airport. House was clean and comfortable. Would definitely book again for the next trip to Columbus.

Perry stay 3
The place is clean, well furnished and supplied, and convenient. The pillows are still too thick and firm for my neck but I brought my own and slept well. The upstairs takes a while to cool down at night after very hot days in spite of setting the AC low, but the fans in the room help.
