  • The second oldest building remaining on The Ohio State University campus, Orton Hall was opened in 1893. It is named after Dr Edward Orton, Sr. who served as Ohio State's first president, OSU Professor of Geology from 1873 to 1899, and Ohio's State Geologist from 1882 until his death in 1899. Everything was clean except for the shower curtain liner. Had mold spots. There was no floor towel for getting out of the shower so the floor was wet most of the time. Also, we only had 2 bath towels for the weekend. As a women with hair, I would have liked to have one for my hair. messaged the owner and no response.

We had a great stay at the Luxe Pearl Residence!! It is better than the pictures! So close to everything fun at Short North but far enough away that it wasn’t loud at night. Would definitely stay here again.

Very nice overall; although steep-ish metal stairs made it difficult to bring larger luggage up easily. Easy check-in & great communication! Contacted them about a couple of concerns & was promptly answered! Plenty of light as well as electrical outlets, decently quiet neighborhood. 24 hr parking lots within a few blocks (if needed) and easy access to restaurants, shops, & bars. UDF directly across the street for snacks, drinks, etc.
