Family Wedding Weekend

We were in town for a family wedding. The Nest was a great place to stay. Walkable to town, shops and restaurants. It was clean, comfortable and a nice space to gather.

We did a short girls trip and it was the perfect location and a nice & quiet spot to be. Walking distance to anything in town, great parking & spacious house. Would stay again next time!

We stayed here for the weekend, it was a beautiful home with everything you would need. We had a wedding at Abe Martin Lodge and this was a great location to be close to that plus right downtown. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Amazing place!!

House was awesome and unique. I went for Easter to spend time with my son who’s at IU. My younger two kids were there, my son’s two roommates along with two of their girlfriends, and my boyfriend. There was plenty of space. The area is amazing to walk around. I highly recommend and would go back. Host is amazing!

The Nest is the perfect location for getting around walking!

The Nest is a cute house to rent. Very clean and David was wonderful answering any questions we had before our visit. We highly recommend this rental and will definitely rent The Nest again in the future!

Great House!

This is my group's sixth year renting this house for our annual retreat. It is a great rental. The house is spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room for our group of 7. It is always super clean. David is quick to respond to any inquiry. Each year there have been improvements and upgrades and it just keeps getting better! We will be back again next year!

Nestled in town within walking distance to everything. Spacious open concept for group gathering with very comfortable bed and bath accommodations too. The Property Managers communicated very well and provided everything we needed for easy access and a relaxing week exploring Nashville, IN.

Girls weekend

The Nest is perfectly located within walking distance to restaurants and shopping. We had a 3 generation girls weekend and the home was close enough to go back for bathroom breaks and unload packages and then head back out. I had stayed at the Nest a few years ago and the updates they have made are very nice. I will definitely stay again! You cannot beat the location.

Last minute mini fall break

We enjoyed our stay at The Nest! The place was very clean. The location was central to all of the shops and restaurants which was nice. We could see renting this house for a girls weekend or other gathering in the future. Thanks again!

Friends Trip for Music Center

Property is excellently located for walking the entire downtown area. Host was responsive and property was clean and perfect for our group. Layout is a little quirky. One bedroom is upstairs with half bath. Overall, would recommend this property for a weekend in Nashville!

2 Night Stay in Little Nashville

We had a wonderful time at The Nest with our family. Everything was walkable and perfect for both kids and adults. A hike in Brown County State park was less than 10 minutes away, driving. The host was a great communicator, and the house had a large entertaining space for our group, complete with extra board games. As stated in reviews, the layout is a bit untraditional, but it did not impact our stay. We can't wait to visit again!
