Casa Molin de Sotu, a recently restored stone-and-wood house in the village of Loroñe, in the municipality of Colunga. Located on the foothills of the Sueve, on the Asturian coast between the towns of Villaviciosa and Ribadesella.
Casa Molin de Sotu, which sleeps six people, has three bedrooms— two double rooms and one with a king-size bed, three full bathrooms, a hallway, a living-dining room with a fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, and heating. The mill, where corn was once ground, still houses two millstones; the rest of the space is occupied by a dining room with a fireplace.
It is thoughtfully and cozily decorated and offers splendid views of the Sierra del Sueve, allowing you to fully enjoy nature.
Outside, there is a traditional Asturian granary and a barbecue, along with one hectare of land featuring various types of trees (apple trees, walnut trees, palm trees, etc.), gardens, a playground, and parking; the Espasa River flows just a few meters from the house.
