“We only slept there and got up early to catch earky morning flight. Loved that it was so close to airport. Room was clean, nice bar/resturant area. Staff was very helpful. ”

“The guy at the counter was extremely kind and courteous, and that was about the only positive part. The room was falling apart, there were stains on the mattresses, there were exposed wires, the smoke alarm had a towel in it, there was a live insect in the towels, the window wasn't fully connected to the wall; it was overall the worst room I've ever stayed in. The room was way overpriced, even at the discount, and we only stayed out of desperation. If there's a room available literally anywhere……

“The gentleman at the front desk was very pleasant especially for the middle of the night. The room and hotel were clean and the beds were comfortable. ”

“Wanted to be okay with this property. The hotel was not clean. There was food all over the floor of the elevator multiple times. The elevators not only had crushed food on the floor but each time we got in there was a different odor, one morning strong vomit smell. The garbage was over flowing in multiple places and the area where we waited for the elevator on the 4th floor wrecked of trashed for the entire fist morning we were there. Due to the water park there was water all over the floor of……

“No hot water in the shower or hand sink. Attempted to call front desk multiple times, but no one was available. Due to time constraints, I just chose to take an ice cold shower and it was awful. Told the front desk at check out and was met with confusion that this couldn't have been possible. A colleague also stayed there, had the same problem, and was also treated like this was something only they had experienced. I am in Wichita monthly and wouldn't stay here again simply for the lack of……
