“Room was spotless, the front desk clerk Dorothy was a prime example of “Excellent “ guest relations provider. My son had left his IPods in the room and Dorothy called me on my cell phone to make me aware, fortunately I was still in area and went back to retrieve them. “Sadly i cant remember the name of the young woman who checked us in, but she was welcoming and informative. A beautiful property! The riverwalk was an extra bonus.
Evening food/snacks and drinks included.
Only complaint is the handicapped shower needs a better edge to send the water down the drain. Water leaks all over the bathroom floor which is dangerous when you cant bend down to mop it up.
Other than that, a lovely experience. Id come back.”
