"Room was infested with cockroaches , when contacted the front office the man originally said I don’t have anymore rooms then stated he can put me somewhere else and all he said was sorry . Didn’t see no sense of urgency to clean that room with roaches all over it"

"The bathroom faucet broken and leaking water from the counter on to the floor. The inside door sweep missing and you I could see out and someone could see in. Used a bathroom towel to block the bottom of the door. The top safety lock missing and could not secure the door."

"Everything in the room, except the bed and sheets, was neglected and unclean. The sofa upholstery and carpet were dirty. There was only one thick curtain, no sheer curtain, and the room was constantly dark because the curtain was always closed so that the room wouldn't be visible. The room smelled very bad. I paid a 50 USD damage deposit, but they didn't refund it to me upon check-out, and I forgot about it. I want this amount refunded to me. Thank you Erol"

"The property was very rundown, and the room was not cleaned a single time during our three night stay. The pricing was high considering the lack of a continental breakfast or fitness center (which was promised in the booking), and the $100 security deposit for essentially a budget motel seemed excessive. Would not stay here again. "
