The first room we were assigned the window hat a long kind of crack on it - so the noise/air from the outside was coming in. You could stick a card (like credit card) through the hole. When we complained to the receptionist, (which was really friendly) she told us that no other rooms are available, but they can sent services over.
Service guy came (also super friendly) reviewed it and called the front desk/reception. Suddenly it was possible to be reassigned. However in the new room, the upper long half of the window, did not close properly. You could also stick a card through it - and therefore the noise from the freeway is coming in. The front desk manager told us, that this pretty standard. We feel a hotel by hilton and at that price point should be better - especially with the windows.
Cleaning was okay, but not 100% diligently.
General its too high priced, for what you are actually getting there.
