“很好的住宿体验”

“First, we brought three large pieces luggage for this long trip. The hotel offered us a room on the sixth floor without helping us carry our luggage or even telling us how to go to the sixth floor. The highest floor the elevator could reach was the fourth floor, so we had to carry our luggage a long way up to the sixth floor using the stairs, and the next day, down to the first floor as well. Second, I’m a VIP member of Hotels.com, and the website clearly stated that this hotel would provide VIP……

“Friendly staff ”

“飯店有不錯的景觀，可以直接看到金門大橋， 房間也乾淨整潔。 停車的地方離房間約走路3分鐘，路上幾乎沒有路燈非常黑， 所以晚上出門記得使用房間內準備的手電筒。 餐廳並不是之前在網路上查到的不優的 buffet， 而是變成是點餐式的，點了牛排還不錯。 ”

“When I read the reviews before me, I was weary, but having grown up in the Bay Area and gone to Sausalito many times I gave this place a try. This is a classic, bay boutique hotel, and I loved it! It’s an old house, so it has a lot of charm. If you come in expecting it to be like a true hotel; you’ve set expectations incorrectly. It was very clean, very spacious, very safe, and the staff was very kind. They have water and coffee for you, and it is a quick walk away from restaurants and shops……

“This motel is a great deal $ for SF. Our room (and presumably all others) are newly renovated and super clean. The bathroom is especially nice with a giant walk in shower. The beds were great. If I were to stay here again, I would ask for a room at the back as the rooms facing Lombard are very noisy. Adding black out curtains to the rooms would go a long way to absorb some of the sound. The 'closet' in our room was just a pole with nice wooden hangers. However, I was glad we drove and I had a……
