Staff was kind. Breakfast was like any breakfast at a hotel, buffet style. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. Hotel has parking underground, which is great, since no street parking close by at least that I could see. Overall our stay was very pleasant. Our room had view of the bay and Golden Gate Bridge which was a plus.

This hotel is located within walking distance to Pier 39, Fisherman’s Wharf, Lombard Street, and Nob Hill. The staff is very helpful with recommendations. The breakfast is good. It is air conditioned for warm days in the city. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at Comfort Inn By the Bay.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were friendly and welcoming, and I especially want to recognize Jeanne, who was exceptionally kind, helpful, and made my experience even more enjoyable. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and very nice overall. I also loved the complimentary breakfast each morning, which was a great bonus. Although the parking area was a little small, it did not take away from my overall positive experience. The location was very convenient, with an easy drive to the pier and other nearby attractions. I would highly recommend this hotel to families, couples, solo travelers, and anyone visiting the area. Thank you for such a pleasant stay! I would definitely stay here again.

The staff were all helpful and the location was central to area that I needed to be in. One thing that did put me off was the taste of the water which they had no control over. The breakfast and the parking were both a plus for me.
