“Amazing property right on Division. We were in town to see a show at the Tomorrow Theatre across the street so location was 10/10. Easy access to the house/room and the continental breakfast spread was impressive. Would and will book again the next time we stay the night in Portland.”

“We stayed in different rooms on April 29 and on May 1, 2026. The rooms seemed recently renovated. This is a no-frills accommodation: there are a little refrigerator and cups, but no coffee-maker. The concierge on each night was welcoming and competent. My only complaint is that on the second night, our supposedly non-smoking room smelled strongly of stale tobacco smoke. I reported this to the concierge, and she said that she would advise the manager to run a de-odorizing machine. (We did……

“All linens and towels were stained. Bathrooms had black mold. Beds had bugs (not bed bugs in our booking). Beds didn’t come with blankets. Constant screaming and cigarette smells in the rooms”

Anyway I was trying to find someone so I saw a person through window I make turn fast to catch her but she disappeared so I parked my car n walked towards the window n that’s the time she comes out, she wants to charge me extra $40 fee cuz it’s early in morning 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎”

“Worst place I’ve everr stayed in my entire life. Also nestled been treated with so much disrespect. Just to start off the manager wouldn’t let me check in cuz he thought I was a prosituite and tried to agree with me and say that I’ve stayed at his motel before. Ended getting an apology for that. But then he went on to say if I work the streets he would kick me out immediately. He likes to lurk in your window and see who’s in your place this place is ridiculous can’t have anyone at all over after……
