The motel has a gated lot, which is nice, but a bit confusing at first off a visit road. Not suitable for anything with a high clearance but my Tundra got in find. "

"We stayed in different rooms on April 29 and on May 1, 2026. The rooms seemed recently renovated. This is a no-frills accommodation: there are a little refrigerator and cups, but no coffee-maker. The concierge on each night was welcoming and competent. My only complaint is that on the second night, our supposedly non-smoking room smelled strongly of stale tobacco smoke. "A flop house comes to mind when I think of this property. Ussually cab drivers know their town and mine was leery of the place. “watch your belongings” was his words of wisdom, but with only one other person in the shared dorm I was less vigilant. The storage locker was too small for my Rollie. Suffice it to say the room was clean, comfortable and quiet just over the river from the hustle of Portland. "
