The living room is spacious and cosy, furnished with a sofa, a cabinet with TV and a refined round table for four, ideal for convivial dinners. The modern kitchen, in white tones with an elegant wooden countertop, is fully equipped with all appliances and the necessities to prepare and serve meals as at home. On one of the living room walls, a painting depicts the beautiful village of Argegno, overlooking Lake Como.
After the corridor, you enter the first bedroom, with two single beds and a clothes rack for storing your clothes. The second bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed, perfect for a rejuvenating rest.
The modern and functional bathroom has a washer/dryer and a spacious shower with walls decorated with floral motifs. The wooden washbasin shelf adds a touch of class to the room.
The living room borders a lovely balcony furnished with a small table and two comfortable chairs, ideal for enjoying the sun in fine weather.

In 4 minutes you will be in front of the flat, which is on the left hand side. By public transport: When you arrive at the \"Como San Giovanni Station\" go to the stop \"Como - S. Ronchetto\" and take the bus N.1 direction \"Como-Recchi\" for 7 stops and get off at the stop \"Como- Roncate (Villa Aprica)\". there you will find yourself in front of the flat. Or you can walk to the \"Como Lago Station\", walk to the stop \"Stazione Lago\" and take the bus N.7 direction \"Como- lungolario trento\", get off after 10 stops at the stop \"Como - Ceresio (Bixio)\". From there in 5 minutes walk you will be in front of the flat.
