The location in a beautiful country setting at the end of a county road so you do not have traffic passing by and there is even a locked gate on the driveway. We chose this location for no traffic and country setting because we entered into the Skeeter owners tournament on Lake Fork and I did not want to worry about things being messed with on the boat. "the only thing i didn't agree we asked for towels since they had not come into our room due to someone being ill that day inn the room, she asked for the trash and dirty towels but didn't replace them had to ask that night at desk for clean towels, the shampoo and conditioner containers in shower were empty, and the noise had construction going during the day, and at night they need to reinforce the quiet time to customers coming in late, had a team of young kids coming in on saturday night and it was 1 am they were screaming and laughing running down the hall 2nd floor and the adults with them allowing them to be that noisy.."

"We were checked in by a very nice girl and she was professional and efficient. The room was very clean and everything worked. The bed was very good and there wasn't any Boise or distractions while we slept. The breakfast was pretty good and the man setting up the breakfast was a very hard worker. He more the entire floor, scrubbed every table and had everything ready and very clean. He was polite and offered to cook sausages for us because we noticed there were none (although there was a sign indicating one of the bins held sausages, he heard us talking about it). We've stayed here 4 times and it's always very clean and everyone is great."
