  • Beautiful renovated apartment of 70m² approx, spacious and bright, this apartment is located in the center of Concarneau, on the 1st floor with elevator of a quiet and secure residence, 5min walk from all shops and the walled city. An ideal location 400m from the Corniche and the first beaches!

    It has a secure outdoor private parking, accessible by remote control. WIFI Included

This is a spacious, clean, well equipped and comfortable first floor apartment. Sun shines on the back in the morning and front in the afternoon so it is nice and bright. It is a 10-15 minute walk to the walled city either through the back streets or a beautiful stroll along the seafront. Parking is an asset and makes coming and going very easy to explore the beautiful coastline.
