"Nous avons passé un excellent sejour dans cet appartement idéalement situé au centre ville à proximité des commerces et de ville close. "The property was, mainly, good but it lacked some things that we would have normally expected. For example.. there was only a small amount of toilet paper, no space to put hot items from the oven, no placemats to protect the plastic table cloth, tea towels and kitchen towels would have been useful as we paid extra for linen and towels, no change of bedding and towels during a two week stay, functioning kitchen scissors would have helped. Bottom shelf in wardrobe has one of its support brackets...

"We had a lovely stay in this property. We loved Concarneau too. The property is so central, we were able to get around easily on foot. We loved seeing the tide rise and fall in the little harbour and the yachts and sailboats setting off. The apartment is very well equipped with everything we needed for an enjoyable stay and we would definitely come and stay there again."

"Le propriétaire est très correct. Très disponible. Il manque à Abritel de donner plus de précisions sur la location à savoir sur le nombre de couchage. Il est destiné à un couple avec un petit enfant, et non pour 4 adultes. La localisation est très bien . Il manque un peu de confort et surtout le wifi. De toute façon façon le propriétaire est très compréhensible et tout à fait prêt à donner plus en confort. Cuisine et salle d'eau sont bien équipées. Aucun regret pour ce séjour à Concarneau....

"Flat was ideal for us. Opposite a lovely beach and cafes and restaurants nearby. Half an hour walk to town centre or 5 minute drive. Flat was comfy and clean and had everything we needed. Agents were very helpful. Be aware though you need to book and pay for linen and towels. Luckily I had taken tea towels and dishcloths as there were none provided. Otherwise no complaints!"

"Fabulous apartment. Comfortable and very clean. Receptionist very friendly. The only down side was the building works just outside. Noisy and a little intrusive. We were unable to sit on balcony. Well we weren't provided with chairs. Also my elderly husband found difficulty with climbing into bath for a shower. Would have been better with a walk in shower.
