“The location was good - the room had a nice view of the water BUT for us unfortunately, we had a horrible experience. We couldn't get hold of the host and Expedia help line did not answer my messages either (Expedia still never addressed our issue - all messages are u answered). I tried calling the host and they did not answer. We had no information about how to access our room. The host finally sent a txt while I was continually calling to say they couldn't answer the phone right now and……

“Two light bulbs burned out in unit. Restaurant moved but old signs not removed Hot tub jets not functioning plus hot tub is in a stairwell Should be out on pool deck”

“Beautiful property, amazing staff and great location!”

“Beautiful little property with a nice pool and hot tub. The host provided us with a cute little welcome basket with delicious treats.”

“Wonderful quiet spot close to everything the island has to offer —city, outdoors, beaches. The cottages are well equipped and perfect for families or couples. The resort has a pool, hot tub, and small gym on-site. Owners and staff are attentive and responsive. Made for a great trip!”

“The blue penthouse was outstanding. The daily cleaning and breakfast were amazing perks. Access to the beach was a real plus. Morning adventures and afternoon by the beach made an amazing holiday. The property thinks of everything beach towels concierge services.”

“Great buffet and a few minutes to the city or central to the highways. A stunning place!”

“Such a lovely place to stay! The decor was beautiful. It was cozy, clean and had a stocked kitchen for light meals. The staff were super friendly. The breakfast basket at your door at 8am was such a treat. The only downfall was that we only booked one night lol. We will happily be booking another stay here in the future. Thank you so much!”

“Large, beautiful, and modern apartment with floor to ceiling windows and a private deck. Gorgeous views. Need a car in this area unless you like mountain climbing. Rural but upscale area. Best part was the delightful staff and delicious breakfast with lots of options and made to order eggs and omelettes. Love this place!”

“bon appartement pour séjourner à Ponta Delgada il faut une voiture c'est à 10 min du centre”

“Super endroit, très propre avec petit déjeuner servi à la chambre, personnel extrêmement accueillant et toujours prêt à vous aider, je recommande fortement.”

“Amazing wonderful stay. Very helpful and kind staff including front desk, housekeeping and kitchen staff. Great breakfast in the morning. Clean room and quite spacious. Great amenities such as pool, jacuzzi and sauna. Overall very impressed with our stay and we will be happy to return one day. Thank you again for everything.”
