“We did not take advantage of the breakfast. We left the location. It was quiet away from all the business. Great shopping. Just ride around the block about a 7 to 8 minute walk to the old town. The rooms were quirky but big and spacious. We had big windows we could open for ventilation. AC does not seem to work as was our experience at every hotel throughout Germany. I would recommend this place.”

“The hotel is just near the Bamberg town centre area, with about 10 mins walk you may reach to most of the historical attractions such as the Dom, the Altes Rathaus etc. The room was comfortable and very clean, and staff are friendly and helpful. It’s surely the best choice for a leisure stay in Bamberg.”

“Die Unterkunft war mit dem Pkw leicht erreichbar. Die kostenlosen Parkplätze (12) hinter dem Hotel sollten ausreichen-in der Umgebung ist oft Anwohnerparken bzw.knappe freie Parkflächen. Die Zimmer sind groß, es lässt sich ruhig schlafen. Das Frühstück ist voll ausreichend-Müsli, Käse, Wurst, Marmeladen, Kaffee und je 2 gute Brötchen pro Person. Wer mehr braucht, kann ja im neben dem Hotel liegenden Rewe oder beim Bäcker vorher/am Abend Brot/Brötchen holen. In die Altstadt sind es zu Fuß flott……

“Excellent! Room is clean and big. The hotel is big and location is good(in old town, but far away from train station). Quite and near the river. Free access to gym, sunna and steam room. The buffet breakfast provides large variety of food, and the quantity and quality are high. I am quite satisfactory and I finally made engagement with my girlfriend in this hotel.”

“Wenn man berücksichtigt, dass zur Zeit des Aufenthaltes in Bamberg alles doppelt bis dreifach so teuer war, war das Preis Leistungs Verhältnis gut. Die Lage war wie erwartet, auch mit ÖPNV schnell an alles angebunden. Unser Zimmer war auf der anderen Straßenseite in einem älteren Nebengebäude. Es war schon hellhörig, was gerade nachts störend sein kann. Dass es rustikaler war, war kein Problem, die Sauberkeit war allerdings durchaus verbesserungswürdig, worauf auch hingewiesen wurde.
